En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la demanda de productos ib\u00e9ricos fuera de Espa\u00f1a ha crecido de forma constante, impulsada por la curiosidad gastron\u00f3mica global y por la consolidaci\u00f3n del \u201csabor espa\u00f1ol\u201d como sin\u00f3nimo de calidad y autenticidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, internacionalizar un producto tan ligado a la cultura y al territorio no es tarea sencilla. Supone un equilibrio entre mantener la esencia artesanal y cumplir con los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos, sanitarios y log\u00edsticos que exige cada mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuevos destinos para un producto con historia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalmente, los principales mercados del ib\u00e9rico han sido europeos: Francia, Alemania, Italia o Portugal. Pero en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, M\u00e9xico, Jap\u00f3n o Corea del Sur se han convertido en destinos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumidor internacional busca experiencias aut\u00e9nticas, y el ib\u00e9rico ofrece precisamente eso: un sabor con identidad, vinculado al origen y al oficio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retos que acompa\u00f1an a la expansi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exportar ib\u00e9rico no es solo una cuesti\u00f3n de env\u00edo. Implica enfrentarse a retos muy concretos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Normativas sanitarias y de etiquetado<\/strong>, que var\u00edan en cada pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Controles de temperatura y humedad<\/strong> durante el transporte, fundamentales para mantener la calidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adaptaci\u00f3n del producto y del mensaje<\/strong> a diferentes culturas gastron\u00f3micas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A ello se suma un desaf\u00edo menos visible: comunicar adecuadamente el valor del ib\u00e9rico, un producto que no siempre tiene equivalentes claros fuera de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oportunidades para el futuro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El inter\u00e9s por la gastronom\u00eda de calidad y el auge del consumo gourmet ofrecen un terreno f\u00e9rtil para seguir creciendo.
