At this important high gastronomy fair, the sausage company from Santib\u00e1\u00f1ez de B\u00e9jar (Salamanca), which this year celebrates its 30th anniversary, will present its innovative products, including the launch of its new Fuet Ib\u00e9rico, its sustainable sliced format and the Pefr\u00e1n Innova line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The company will be at stand 4F23-100 in Hall 4, in the Tierra de Sabor Castilla y Le\u00f3n space, where visitors will be able to discover the unique flavours and exceptional quality of Pefr\u00e1n Iberian products. The Iberian Fuet is a very special product that will surprise visitors to the fair. In this case, it has opted for sustainable packaging that allows the packaging to be reused thanks to its very practical closing system that guarantees the preservation of the product. In addition, the plastic used in Pefr\u00e1n sliced meats is 100% recyclable, which is in line with the brand's commitment to caring for the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Pefr\u00e1n will once again be accompanied by its brand ambassador, the Salamancan chef C\u00e9sar Ni\u00f1o, from the El Alquimista Restaurant, who will cook several exclusive recipes live, in which he will show the various culinary possibilities of Iberian pork loin and cured meats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The Pefr\u00e1n Innova line will also be in the spotlight during the fair, with its four new products: the Iberian Chorizo with Black Garlic, the truffled Iberian Salchich\u00f3n and the two types of Chorizo and Salchich\u00f3n with Real Quinoa from Eco Cultivation. This range of products reflects Pefr\u00e1n's commitment to quality and innovation.
